This privacy policy explains how Beespoke Covers ("we", "us") handles personal information submitted via this website. Beespoke Covers is part of the Digi Print Group.

What information we collect

When you submit an enquiry through our standard quote form or Instant Ballpark Quote calculator, we collect the following information:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone or mobile number (required in the instant calculator and optional in the standard form)
• Postcode
• Project details (such as surface type, quantities, style, condition, approximate measurements, timeframe or budget range)
• The Ballpark Estimate generated from your calculator answers
• Up to five project photographs if you choose to upload them
• Any additional information you include in the message field

If you contact us directly via WhatsApp, we will receive your phone number and any messages or images you send. We use this information only to respond to your enquiry.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit solely to:

• Respond to your enquiry and provide a ballpark quote
• Arrange a measure-up visit if you choose to proceed
• Follow up on your enquiry if we haven't heard back

We do not use your details for marketing without your explicit permission. We do not sell, share or pass your personal information to third parties for their own purposes.

Lawful basis for using your information

When you ask us for a quotation or project advice, we use the information you provide because it is necessary to respond to your request and take steps at your request before potentially entering into a contract with you. We may also rely on our legitimate interests in responding to genuine business enquiries and keeping appropriate records of quotations and customer communications.

We do not use quote-enquiry information for unrelated marketing without your separate permission.

How your data is processed

Our standard website quote form is processed by Formspree (formspree.io), a third-party form processing service. When you submit that form, your data is transmitted to Formspree and then forwarded to our email inbox. Formspree's privacy policy is available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

The Instant Ballpark Quote calculator is processed separately on our Hostinger-hosted website. Its server-side code validates your answers, recalculates the estimated range and sends the enquiry and customer confirmation using our Hostinger business email account. Uploaded photographs are attached directly to the internal enquiry email from temporary server upload storage; the calculator does not create a permanent public photo library.

If you contact us via WhatsApp, your message is handled through WhatsApp's platform. WhatsApp's privacy policy applies to that communication.

How long we keep your data

We retain enquiry information and any attached photographs in our business mailbox only for as long as is reasonably necessary to assess, follow up and manage your project, meet relevant business or legal record-keeping needs, or respond to your query. Temporary upload copies used by the instant calculator are removed automatically by the server after the request has been processed.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct inaccurate data, or to ask us to delete it. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at the email address below.

Privacy concerns and complaints

If you have a concern about how we use your information, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office. You can find guidance and make a complaint through the ICO website.

Google Analytics and cookies

Beespoke Covers uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how people use this website and to help us improve it. Google Analytics is optional and is only activated after you choose to accept analytics cookies. You can reject non-essential cookies, and you can change your choice later using the Cookie settings link in the footer.

After analytics consent, Google Analytics may collect information such as the pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information, referring source and interactions with the website. We do not use this GA4 implementation for personalised advertising. Advertising storage, advertising user-data consent and advertising personalisation consent remain disabled.

Google processes analytics information on behalf of website operators under its applicable terms and policies. You can read more in Google's privacy policy.

If you withdraw analytics consent, the website updates analytics storage to denied and attempts to remove Google Analytics first-party cookies created for this site. Your new preference is used on future page loads.
