Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 12 May 2026
These terms explain how Beespoke Covers operates and what you can expect when you enquire about or commission our services. They are written plainly and are not intended to be adversarial — we just want everyone to be clear before work begins.
Ballpark quotes from photos
Photo-based quotes are indicative only. A ballpark figure provided from photos is an estimate to help you understand the likely scale of cost before committing to a visit. It is not a firm price and is subject to change following a physical measure-up.
Quotes and pricing
A firm price is provided following a measure-up visit. The final price depends on:
- The number and size of surfaces to be wrapped
- The condition of existing surfaces and the preparation required
- The material or finish selected
- Access requirements on the day
- Any changes to scope agreed after the initial quote
All quotes are subject to suitability assessment. If surfaces are found to be unsuitable during the measure-up or on the day of fitting, we will advise you before proceeding.
Suitability
Architectural vinyl wrapping is not suitable for all surfaces. Suitability depends on the substrate condition, surface type, edge profile, location, heat and moisture exposure, and how the surface is used. We will always advise honestly before quoting — if we do not believe wrapping is appropriate for your surfaces, we will tell you.
Worktop wrapping
Worktop wrapping suitability is assessed on a case-by-case basis. Key factors include the current surface condition, edge detail, the number of joins, proximity to a sink or hob, and typical usage. A positive initial assessment does not constitute a guarantee of suitability — final confirmation is given at measure-up.
Material properties
The architectural films we use are professional-grade materials from suppliers including Cover Styl®, 3M DI-NOC and LX Hausys BENIF. Unless explicitly stated in writing by the specific product's technical data sheet:
- Films are not heatproof — trivets and heat mats must be used at all times on wrapped surfaces near heat sources
- Films are not fully waterproof — they have moisture resistance but prolonged standing water or poor sealing at joins can affect performance over time
We will provide care guidance at the point of completion. Following that guidance is the customer's responsibility and affects the longevity of the installation.
Care guidance
Customers are responsible for following the care guidance provided at handover. This includes using appropriate cleaning products, avoiding abrasive materials, using trivets on wrapped surfaces near heat, and not allowing prolonged standing water on wrapped worktops.
Deposits and payment
Deposit and payment terms will be confirmed at the time of quoting. Specific terms will be set out in any written quote or order confirmation we provide. No work begins until a deposit or agreed payment has been received.
Cancellation and changes
If you need to cancel or change a booking, please contact us as early as possible. Changes to scope after work has begun may affect the final price.
